Zootopia 2 is coming soon!

“Zootopia,” the beloved animated film from 2016, is finally releasing a sequel in November 2025! “Zootopia” was loved all around the world and now people from all over are waiting anxiously to see part 2!

The original “Zootopia”  is about this adventurous bunny, Judy, who wants to become a cop when she grows up. Judy joins the training academy and becomes Zootopia’s first bunny cop.

Her first day of work as a cop is utterly disappointing, since she was appointed the job of meter maid, and she worries that no one will ever take her seriously. She then overhears a conversation with her boss and Mrs. Otterton, whose husband has gone missing. Judy then begs for the job, and finally gets it, on one condition.

Judy must solve this case in two days, or she will have to resign. Judy takes on this challenge, and soon enlists a sneaky fox to help her find the missing animal, but they quickly realize that this case is much more than one missing otter.

“Zootopia 2” will be about how Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps take on another case to find a mysterious reptile Gary De’Snake who starts to cause problems in Zootopia. Along the way they encounter old friends such as Chief Bogo, voiced by Idris Elba, who also is in “Finding Dory” and “The Jungle Book.” Another old friend Judy and Nick see on the way is Clawhauser, voiced by Nate Torrence, who is in “Fast Layne” and “Motorcity.”

The “Zootopia 2” cast includes more phenomenal characters such as Cattrick Lynxley, voiced by “Home Alone” star Macaulay Culkin, and Nibbles Maplestick, an energetic beaver voiced by “Fortune Feimster,” who is in several movies such as “Yes Day,” and “Champions.” Judy Hopps is played by Ginnifer Goodwin and Nick Wilde is voiced by Jason Bateman.

“Zootopia 2” will include even more songs by Shakira, who voices Zootopia pop star Gazelle. In total there are 24 songs, including “Zoo” by Shakira and Snake Away by Micheal Giacchino. Shakira also sang a hit in the first “Zootopia film, “Try Everything,” which won a Grammy award for best song written for visual media in 2017 and won a Billboard Latin Music Award in 2020.
