H-B draws many creative people. From theatre to art to even outfits. I’m Josie (they/them) and I’m passionate about lifestyle and fashion, so I decided to take the opportunity to go around H-B and find cool outfits.
Kaz (she/they) – 10th grade
What first intrigued me about Kaz’s outfit was the shape. The shirt had a loose fit and the pants were a little baggy. While talking to her, she pointed out her Grinch shoes, which I thought were cute. They even had heart charms with the three sizes of the Grinch’s heart. They showed me their cool rings and their shirt that their dad got from India. I had a lot of fun interviewing Kaz!
Travis (he/him) – Spanish teacher
As long as I have been at H-B, Travis has been known for wearing sandals and casual clothes. But ever since the first day of school this year, he has been wearing full suits and dress shoes. He says his inspiration is Frasier from the show Frasier. Most of the items in his outfits are things he hasn’t worn for ten years or are from his brother. One accessory that particularly stuck out to me was a small flower brooch. Travis was excited to show me his briefcase, which we decided to include in a picture.
Itzi (she/her) – 7th grade
The first thing I noticed about Itzi’s outfit was the brown and white flannel she was wearing, perfect for the fall season. I also loved her bright blue glasses and shoes with flowers. Itzi said that her outfit was inspired by fall. She said she picks out her outfits the day before she wears them.
I had a lot of fun scouting people out around H-B to feature in my article. I hope you follow me on my journey as I continue to highlight wonderful and unique outfits at H-B!
