H-B students have been indefinitely banned from the McDonald’s in Rosslyn after an unnamed group of students threw an inappropriate prank on one of the McDonald’s employees.
The students went into the McDonald’s at midnight and stole 6 out of 8 ice cream machines because the McDonald’s manager said, “our ice cream machine is broken.” Students also started tipping way higher than usual. Instead of tipping 20%, students were tipping 85%. The CEO of McDonald’s didn’t know what to do with that much money so they terminated the H-B students from the building and won’t allow them within a 10 foot radius.
McDonald’s is the most beloved restaurant around our school. People visit McDonald’s every lunch period. This school year, 2024-2025, has had the most profit for the Rosslyn McDonald’s. If someone wants a burger: McDonalds. If someone wants fries: McDonald’s. If someone wants a McFlurry: McDonald’s. But now, there will be no burgers, no fries, and definitely no McFlurries.
Can students please stop stealing the ice cream machines and return the others? We hope with time that McDonald’s will reconsider and allow H-B students on the premises.
