I did this research because I wanted to know what locker did students prefer. I had my suspicions about what locker type students would like the best so I did this to prove that.
Top Locker Preference
A significant number of students chose top lockers because they are easier to access and more convenient. Students mentioned that they don’t have to bend down or kneel to access top lockers, which makes them more practical for daily use. Additionally, some students cited that top lockers are better for storing larger items, such as saxophones, without having to hoist them into a bottom locker.
Floor Preference
In terms of floor preference, students generally chose the floors that are most convenient for their classes. Floors 2 and 3 were popular choices because they require the least amount of stairs to walk up or are the location of most of their classes. Floor 4 was also a preferred choice for some students, likely due to the same reasons of proximity to classes.

Locker Color Preference
The choice of locker color appears to be more subjective. Red was a popular color choice among students, with reasons ranging from personal preference to school colors. Other colors like orange, purple, and blue were also mentioned, but the reasons were generally more about individual likes and aesthetic preferences.

Grade Distribution
The data includes responses from students in various grades, from 7th to 10th. It seems that the preference for top lockers is consistent across different grade levels.
To Conclude
Top lockers are generally preferred by students due to their ease of access, convenience, and practicality. The choice of floor and locker color is influenced by personal preference and the location of classes. Overall, the data suggests that top lockers are the better option for students.
